Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs are based on a Flat Rate of only $8.95
- Orders of $125.00 or more will be shipped FREE of charge (International orders do not qualify for free shipping).
- Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday and usually processed within 24-72 hours.
- It will take approximately 1-6 days once item has been shipped to receive the item depending on your location.
- We only ship to the lower 48 states.

- We Ship all items using UPS Ground and all levels of service are made available to you including next day,2nd day,and 3 day select.
- ***Please Note*** Pepper spray can only be shipped via UPS Ground due to new shipping regulations.
Return Policy
Priceless Security customer service must be notified of the customers intent to return product(s) within 5 days of delivery of the product to the customer. Customer must obtain authorization from Priceless Security before a product can be returned. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items shipped in error by Priceless Security will be allowed full credit upon return of product minus shipping . All products returned must be in original box, original packaging, unused , and all parts included.
Priceless Security is not liable for damage or loss or merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against carrier for any lost merchandise. Priceless Security will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for loss or damage, providing you have filed a claim with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 day or receipt of order.
